These terms govern the PAUL website and the shorts desktop publisher.

The product
PAUL is a public site for the kuroshibacyberpunk channel. shorts is a local tool the channel operator uses to upload Shorts to YouTube. By using either, you agree to these terms and to the Privacy Policy.
Who may use the publisher
The YouTube OAuth sign-in in shorts is for the channel operator only. You may only authorize a Google account you control, and you may only upload content you have the right to publish.
YouTube and Google
Uploads go to YouTube. You must follow the YouTube Terms of Service and YouTube’s community guidelines. This product uses YouTube API Services. Google’s rules for that access are in the YouTube API Services Terms and the Google API Services User Data Policy.
Your content
You keep the rights in videos you upload. You grant us only the permission needed to send those files and their titles, descriptions, and thumbnails to YouTube on your behalf. Public videos may be listed on this website with their YouTube URLs and thumbnails.
Acceptable use
- Do not use the publisher to upload content you do not have rights to.
- Do not use it to evade YouTube rules, spam, or impersonate others.
- Do not attack, scrape excessively, or attempt to break this website.
The site as-is
PAUL and shorts are provided as-is. We do not promise uninterrupted uptime, that every upload will succeed, or that YouTube will keep a video online. YouTube may reject, age-restrict, or remove videos under its own policies.
Liability
To the extent the law allows, we are not liable for lost profits, lost videos, or indirect damages arising from the site or the publisher. Our total liability for a claim is limited to zero, because the product is offered free of charge.
Ending use
You can stop using the publisher and revoke Google access at myaccount.google.com/permissions. We may take the site offline or disable the publisher at any time.
Changes
We may update these terms. The date at the top will change. Continued use after that date is acceptance.
